Unable to add elements in UI Builder when searching in UI Builder Hierarchy

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create and open a new project
2. Create and open a new UI Document
3. Search for anything in the UI Builder's Hierarchy
4. While displaying search results, add a 'Visual Element' element to the Hierarchy
5. Observe the UI Builder's Hierarchy

Actual result: Unable to add the element
Expected result: Element is added to the root of the Hierarchy

Reproducible in: 6000.6.0a2
Could not test in: 6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b2, 6000.6.0a1 (searching feature was not found yet)

Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Notes:

• Elements can be added if they're dragged onto the StyleSheet section while searching in the Hierarchy section
• Elements can be added if they're dragged onto the StyleSheet section or the Hierarchy section while searching in the StyleSheet section
• Only reproducible if no search results are found
