There is clearly something corrupted in the Library folder.
However, I could not find how it was corrupted, and there is not much we can do at this point.
As noted in the comments, deleting the Library solves the issue anyway, and no information is lost.
We will keep an eye for possible issues when upgrading projects from one version to another.
