How to reproduce:
1. Install Skype
2. Create a Skype account and add another phone into contacts
3. Open the attached “IN-99004.zip” project
4. Build and Run on Android
5. Press the “Play BGM” Button in the Player to start the Audio Source
6. Call the device on Skype that has the Built Project running
7. Pick up the call and re-focus the Player
8. Press the “Play BGM” Button and Observe the Player
Expected result: The Audio Source is running and the Player continues running
Actual result: The Audio Source does not start and the Player freezes
Reproducible with: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.47f1, 6000.1.0f1, 6000.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.51f1, 2022.3.61f1
Couldn’t test with: 2023.3.0a2, 2023.3.0a19, 2023.3.0b1, 2023.3.0b10(URP Global Settings throw an error that it’s the wrong version, no update available and creating a new Settings Assets doesn’t fix the error), 6000.0.0b11 (Project uses Input System specific features that are unsupported when downgrading package)

Notes:
- Impossible to find regression due to URP Settings throwing unfixable compilation errors during downgrade
- Skype was used as it had the closest functionality as calling the Phone Number (CQA does not have acces to testing devices with SIM Cards which are required for Phone Calls)
- 2021.3.51f1 and 2022.3.61f1 versions rather than freezing cannot play the Audio Source on first activation only on the second one
