Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-98922.zip” project
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene” Scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. In the Game view, move the mouse cursor up and down
5. Observe the Sun’s bloom change
Expected result: The Sun’s bloom transition between different dynamic resolutions is not significantly different
Actual result: The Sun’s bloom transition between different dynamic resolutions is significantly different and Sun becomes more square as the resolution gets lower
