Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a GameObject (e.g. Cube)
3. Close Material Component foldouts in the Inspector and observe

Actual result: Two horizontal lines are visible at the bottom of Material Component
Expected result: One horizontal line is visible at the bottom of Material Component

Reproducible with: 2021.3.56f1, 2022.3.66f1, 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.6f1, 6000.3.0b2

Reproduced on: macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4), Windows 11
