How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'InputFieldTest.zip' project
2. Build and Run the 'SampleScene' scene on a device
3. Tap on the 'Placeholder' Input Field. The keyboard is open
4. Tap again somewhere inside the Input Field (for example to move the cursor/caret to another place)
Expected results: The cursor/caret appears in the tapped place and keyboard stays shown
Actual results: The keyboard is hidden
Reproducible: 2018.4.5f1(1.4.1), 2019.1.12f1(2.0.1), 2019.2.0f1(2.0.1), 2019.3.0a11(2.0.1)
Can't reproduce: 2017.4, because the package manager was not introduced
