Freeze when displaying text with "-T" in Play mode

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "FreezeRepro"
2. Enter the Play mode
3. Click on “REDACTED“

Expected result: “REDACTED“ opens
Actual result: Editor freezes

Reproducible with: 6000.0.23f1
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.50f1 - “REDACTED“ is broken

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Note: Removing “” symbols from “PREFAB” or adding a space between ““ and “T“ or resetting the text component stops the freeze
