Welcome screen image has been rebuilt with twice the previous resolution. Additionally, mipmapping in the file settings have been applied so that different screen resolutions will appear at the correct size and quality.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new VR/MR Template project
Observe the Image on the Popup Window

Actual results: Poor Image resolution

Expected results: The Image resolution is good

Reproducible with versions: 6.1.1 (2022.3.60f1), 9.1.0 (2021.3.50f1, 6000.0.40f1, 6000.2.0a6)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
