1. Open the attached “sandbox-2022-urp” project
2. Build the Player
3. Create a server and host the build (e.g. using the “python3 -m http.server” command)
4. Connect to the hosted build using a mobile device
5. Observe the Player
Expected result: A blue screen is displayed
Actual result: A black screen is displayed

Workarounds:
- Change the Color Space to Gamma
- The user stated that enabling the Show Splash Screen setting also prevents the issue. The CQA did not observe this behavior

- Reproducible with these browsers: Chrome, Firefox. Could not test with Opera (“code 404, message File not found” error when connecting to the server)
- Not reproducible with a blank Built-In RP, 3D URP, or 2D URP project
