Expected result: The project opens
Actual result: Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2022.3.0f1, 2022.3.21f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.2.0a17, 2023.1.0a1, 2023.2.16f1, 6000.0.0b13

Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
