Graph inspector's horizontal scrollbar only shows the labels

There is a risk introducing these style changes to 6.4 since other style changes made in 6.5+ have not been backported to this version.

Steps to reproduce:

Open any graph
Create and select any node that displays some value in the inspector
Make the width of the inspector as small as possible until the horizontal scrollbar appears
Scroll to the right

Actual results: Only the labels are shown

Expected results: You can scroll to show the values
