Console displays "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object." during Editor Theme change

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new 2D Unity Project
2. Go to the "Unity Version Control" window
3. Click "Need Unity VCS Enterprise?"
4. Verify that the"Welcome to Unity VCS" modal becomes visible
5. Leave it is opened
6. Go to Unity -> Settings
7. In the "General" section find "Editor Theme"
8. Change it several times
9. Observe the Console

Actual results: Video is added in the "Attachments" section. It displays an error:
