ListView item name is barely visible when reordering on macOS

I believe the description is referring to what is by design on Mac, to mimic the older IMGUI styles. The same look & feel can also be observed in the Scene Hierarchy (black color text with a single blue drag line), which is still using the older IMGUI styles.

Reproduction steps:

1. Open the attached project "ListView-bug.zip"
2. Open Window > “ListView Custom Item”
3. Toggle Reorderable
4. Drag and drop items in the list

Expected result: Clearly visible ListView item name
Actual result: Barely visible ListView item name

Reproduced with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.13f1, 2023.1.0b11, 2023.2.0a9

Reproducible on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: Windows (by user)
