Search window in Table View mode cannot be scrolled horizontally

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Search window and switch to the Table View (If the window is not already open)
3. Shrink the window size horizontally or add data Columns until the Search window receives a UI scroller for horizontal scrolling
4. Using a mouse or a trackpad, try scrolling the window horizontally

Actual results: The search window only scrolls vertically, but not horizontally, when using a mouse or a trackpad

Expected results: The search window vertically and horizontally when using a mouse or a trackpad

Reproducible with versions: 2023.1.0a15, 6000.0.71f1, 6000.3.13f1, 6000.4.2f1, 6000.5.0b3, 6000.6.0a3

Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.74f1, 2023.1.0a14

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.3.1, Windows 11
