Dragging nodes in a large graph is slow

Steps to reproduce:

Download and open the attached project "Behavior Drag Node Performance.zip"
Open the "Behavior Graph" asset
Drag any node

Actual results: The UI updates very slowly (see attached screen recording)

Expected results: The UI updates smoothly

Reproducible with versions:
1.0.7

Tested on (OS): MacOS
