'My assets' loads only some of the package info, others are stuck in 'Checking for updates...'

Description

From Package Manager window, My Assets menu only shows complete info on the first ~20 packages or so; all others appear as infinite loading.

Repro Steps

1. Open a project in 2022.3.6f1
2. Package Manger > My Assets

Expected Result

All packages listed on screen show their info.

Actual Result

Only the first 20 packages or so show their info. Others are stuck in Checking for updates... mode (see screenshot)
