Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project

Expected result: The project opens
Actual result: Unity Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2020.3.44f1, 2021.2.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a13, 2021.2.19f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b10. 2023.1.0a14
