The Context Menu is not updated in the Shortcuts menu when resolving a Binding Conflict

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Edit -> Shortcuts
3. Create multiple conflicts on the same key
4. Open the "Binding Conflicts" category
5. Right-click and remove any shortcut
6. Right-click again on the newly automatically selected shortcut
7. Observe the results

Expected Result: The context menu opens for the conflict that was right-clicked
Actual Result: The context menu opens for the conflict that was previously deleted

Not reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.2.2f1
