Some dropdowns in the Editor don't close when clicked a second time

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to the Console window and open the "Clear console entries" dropdown
3. Close the "Clear console entries" dropdown by clicking it a second time

Expected result: The "Clear console entries" dropdown closes
Actual result: The "Clear console entries" dropdown closes and then instantly reopens

Reproducible with: 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.2f1, 2022.2.0a15
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.39f1 (no "Clear console entries" dropdown)

Reproducible on: Windows 10 ONLY
