Steps to reproduce:

Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
Open the Package Manager window (Window > Package Management > Package Manager)
Install the Adaptive Performance package (com.unity.adaptiveperformance)
Open the Samples tab
Import the AdaptiveLOD sample
Open the "Assets/Samples/Adaptive Performance/6.0.0/Adaptive LOD/AdaptiveLOD.unity" scene
Observe the Hierarchy and the Console window

Actual results: Prefabs are missing and errors are thrown

Expected results: No prefabs are missing and no errors are thrown

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.77f1, 6000.3.17f1, 6000.4.11f1, 6000.5.0f1, 6000.6.0a7

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3
