Info Text to Create a new Style Sheet has no wrapping in UI Builder

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any Project
2. In the Project Browser create and open a UI Document Asset
3. Contract the left side panels of UI Builder to it's minimal size
4. Observe the Style Sheets panel of UI Builder

Actual results: Info text for "Click the + icon to..." has no wrapping on the sides

Expected results: Text has wrapping

Reproducible with versions: 6000.4.0a2

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.60f1, 6000.1.17f1, 6000.2.8f1, 6000.3.0b5, 6000.4.0a1

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
