Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project and open in Unity
2) Switch platform to Android in the Build Settings
3) Make sure that Additional Lights are enabled and set to Per Pixel in the UniversalRP-HighQuality.asset
4) Build and Run "SampleScene" on Android device
Observe: very poor performance
Expected result:
FPS should be somewhere around 8-9;
Actual result:
FPS is 3-5;
