Shortcuts: Saved profiles are not grouped alphabetically

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new project
2. Go to the menu "Unity" -> "Shortcuts"
3. Verify, that the "Shortcuts" window opens
4. In the profile drop-down menu select "Create New Profile"
5. And create a profile with the name "AAA"
6. Repeat the same action only this time save with the name "BBB"
7. Repeat the same action only this time save with the name "NNN"
8. Repeat the same action only this time save with the name "A"
9. Observe the results

 

Expected result:  Saved profiles should be sorted alphabetically, it would help quicker to find the needed one.

Actual result:  Saved profiles are saved in the creation/saving order.

Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.17f1,  2023.1.0b15, 2023.2.0a13.

Tested on MacOS Monterey, Version 12.6.2
