Video not playing on some mobile devices

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN_79398” project
2. In the Build Settings make sure Android Platform is selected
3. Press Build And Run
4. Observe the Player

Expected result: Both videos are playing
Actual result: One or both of the videos are not playing

Reproducible with: 2021.3.40, 2022.3.35f1, 6000.0.8f1

Testing environment: Windows 10 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

• According to the warning message there’s been an attempt to add “android:usesCleartextTraffic="true"“ in the manifest folder but it didn’t make a difference
• Also reproducible on iOS
• Not reproducible on Windows Standalone player
• Delay for the video with URL is expected
