Posponed for now as we plan to do a UX redesign in the short term that will end up fixing this one.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
Open the Unity Version Control window (Window > Version Control > Unity Version Control)
Paste in or enter a very long text into the "Repository" textfield
Observe the Unity Version Control window

Actual results: The "Repository" textfield expands infinitely vertically pushing out all the other UI elements to become inaccessible

Expected results: The "Repository" textfield either truncates text or does not allow that many characters in the first place as it wouldn't be able to make the repository with that many characters

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.59f1, 6000.2.7f1, 6000.3.0b4, 6000.4.0a1

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6.1
