Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project "BuggedMSAA_URP_OpenXR_Quest2.zip"
2. Make sure that MSAA is enabled and set to 2x, 4x or 8x
3. Make sure that OpenXR plugin is selected in XR-plugin management
4. Build for Quest 1/2
5. Observe the jagged cube edges
Expected results: MSAA works on Quest 2 builds when using URP + OpenXR + Vulkan
Actual results: MSAA does not work on Quest 2 builds when using URP + OpenXR + Vulkan (See attached Results.png)
Reproducible on: OpenXR 1.4.0 - 1.4.2 (2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.11f1, 2022.2.0b4, 2023.1.0a6)
Not reproducible on: OpenXR 1.4.0 - 1.4.2 (2020.3.37f1)
Could not test below OpenXR 1.4.0 due to package errors when downgrading
Could not test on 2021.1.28f1 and 2021.2.18f1 due to Gradle errors when trying to build
