Error “Shader error in 'YSCloudCover': call to 'tex3D' is ambiguous at Assets/YSCloudCoverText.shader(606) (on d3d11)“ is present when compiling tex3D shader with DXC

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. In Project window, select the “/Assets/YSCloudCoverText.shader“
3. Observe the Console

Expected result: No Errors exist
Actual result: Error “Shader error in 'YSCloudCover': call to 'tex3D' is ambiguous at Assets/YSCloudCoverText.shader(606) (on d3d11)“ is present

Reproducible with: 6000.0.66f1, 6000.3.5f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a5
