SVG with "Antialiased Arc Encoding" and slices don't behave well

Steps to reproduce:

1. Import attached ButtonNormal.svg
2. Using it as a background image of a button
3. Play with slices

Actual results: The triangulation is broken (see attached screenshot)

Expected results: Slices should work
