Player with Cursor.SetCursor script freezes when the Player is in the Windowed mode and the Input Manager (Old) is selected on macOS

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "PROJECTFILE" project
2. Build And Run the project (File > Build And Run)
3. Press the “Click Me: 0” Button in the Player

Expected result: Player does not freeze and the “Click Me: 0” button can be pressed
Actual result: Player freezes and the “Click Me: 0” button can not be pressed

Reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0b1

Reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.2 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.1.1 (M1 Max), Windows 11, macOS Ventura 13.6.3 (Intel)

Note: Issue is reproducible when the Player is in the Windowed mode and the Active Input Handling “Input Manager (Old)” is selected in the Player Project Settings
