Package Manager Features are displayed incorrectly after moving the mouse

Reproduction steps:

1. Create a new project
2. Open Package Manager
3. Select "Packages: In Project" option in the dropdown next to the plus icon
4. Select any Feature in the "Features" section
5. Move your mouse for 1-2 minutes

Expected result: The feature is displayed correctly
Actual result: The feature is missing most of the text

Note: Only reproducible on Windows 11 machines
