How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Hierarchy, click the "Open query in Search Window"
3. Click the "Toggle the Saved Searches panel" -> Builtins -> Reports all_distincttypes
4. Observe the results

Expected results: There are no empty lines
Actual results: There is an empty line that is actually a "Readme.asset" file

Reproducible with: 6000.0.71f1, 6000.3.11f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1

Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
