Building Asset Bundles with Denoiser package cannot be built in 32 bits architecture

Repro steps :

• Open attached project
• Select Asset > Build Asset Bundles
• Wait a few seconds

Expected : Asset bundles should be built
Result : Error in console

Environment :

• Windows 10
• Unity 2023.2.0a15
• HDRP 16.0.1
