1. Open the attached project
2. Observe the Console Output

Expected result: sceneOpening / sceneOpened logged in the Console window
Actual result: sceneOpening / sceneOpened are not logged in the Console window

Reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.3f1, 2022.2.0a16

Reproducible on: Windows 10 (21H2)
