Burst cvt_ss2si, cvtss_si32, and cvtss_si64 methods return incorrect values when running them in managed code

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “ReproProject_Incorrect_Burst_Intrinsicss_Methods_Managed_Implementation“
2. Open Test Runner window
3. Run test “Reproduce_cvt_ss2si”
4. Observe Test Runner window

Expected result: Reproduce_cvt_ss2si test is passed
Actual result: Reproduce_cvt_ss2si test failed and Test Runner window logs “Expected: 2 But was: 1“ in its console
