We've decided not to backport this fix.
We're in 2022.2 at this point, backports to 2022.1 will be cancelled.
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Switch Platform to Android
3. Make sure that Wifi is enabled on a device
4. Build for Android
5. Open the Profiler Window and set the connection to a device on the local network
6. Unfocus and focus the APP (Minimize it and return to it)
7. Change the connection to Play Mode in the Profiler Window
Expected result: "Player AndroidPlayer(X) was restarted on device" is logged before a connection is changed
Actual result: "Player AndroidPlayer(X) was restarted on device" isn't logged until after you change the connection (See attached DeviceProfiler.mp4)
Reproduces on: 2021.2.0a14, 2021.2.0a16
Not reproducible: 2021.2.0a4, 2021.2.0a13
Could not test on: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.7f1, 2021.1.6f1, 2021.2.0a3 due to no messages being printed out in the Console Window regarding connection states
