Hierarchy Window is not set to Resize to Fit when resetting Layout to Default and having Resize to Fit enabled beforehand

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any Project
2. Open the Preferences Window and go to the General tab and enable "Use new Hierarchy window"
3. Make the Editor Window smaller
4. In the Hierarchy right click column Headers and enable more columns
5. In the Hierarchy right click column Headers and select "Resize to fit"
6. Drag the right edge of the Hierarchy Window out
7. Navigate to Window > Layouts and click "Default"
8. Observe the Hierarchy Window

Actual results: When resetting Layout the Hierarchy Window does not automatically Resize to Fit all columns if it was set to do so as before

Expected results: If Hierarchy was set to Resize to Fit and Layout changed to default this behavior carries over OR Hierarchy is always Resized to Fit when defaulting Layout or it's being enabled

Reproducible with versions: 6000.4.0a2. 6000.4.0b10, 6000.5.0a7

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0a1

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.68f1 (No Hierarchy v2)
