How to reproduce:
1. In Unity Hub
2. Go to Installs → Install Editor and install any version of the Unity Editor
3. Observe the Installs window
Actual result: The x64 version of the Unity Editor is installed
Expected result: The correct Arm64 version of the Unity Editor is installed
Reproducible with: 3.16.3
Reproducible on: Windows 11 (Arm64) (by user)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
