Duplicate fingers reported in InputSystem.EnhancedTouch.Touch.activeFingers array

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “ReproProject”
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Touch the screen with one finger
4. Observe the screen

Expected result: 1 cube GameObject appears
Actual result: 2 cube GameObjects appear
