Steps to reproduce:
- Create an HDRP Template project
- Open the Rendering Debugger window (Analysis -> Rendering Debugger)
- Switch to the Probe Volumes section
- Hover above "Debug Probe Sampling"
Actual results: No Tooltip with field explanation appears. Tooltips for fields only appear if the full field name is cut off - in which case, the tooltip will display the full field name, but no further details will be given that were previously present
Expected results: Fields have explanatory tooltips
Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a7, 6000.5.0b2, 6000.6.0a2
Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.74f1, 6000.0.71f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.2f1, 6000.5.0a6
