The progress bar becomes misplaced when clicking inside the Unity Splash screen while having a dialog box active

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project using the 2020.3.5f1 version
2. When the project is opened, close it
3. Open the same project using Unity 2022.2.0a16 version
4. When the dialog box shows up, click inside the Splash screen

Expected result: The progress bar of the Splash screen stays in place
Actual result: The progress Bar of the Splash screen shifts to the left side of the screen

Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a16, 2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.5f1, 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a15

Notes:

• Not reproducible on MacOS
• The 2020.3.6f1 version in the first step is only an example. The key is for the Unity Editor to open a Dialog Box and opening a project in a newer version is one of the ways to achieve it
