URP Scene Sample project Tutorial window uses type name instead of beautified title

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the 3D Sample Scenes URP project template

2. Close the Tutorial window

3. Open it again via Tutorials>Show Tutorials

4. Observe the Tutorial window's title in the top right

Actual results: The title is showing up as the type name, e.g. Unity.Tutorials.Core.Editor.Tutorial

Expected results: The title shows up as Tutorial (the beautified version)

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.19f1

Not reproducible with versions: 2023.3.0a17, 2023.3.0b9

Can’t test with versions: 2021.X supports a different template, 2023.3. X pre-2023.3.0a17 versions do not work with the latest template correctly

Tested on (OS): MacOS, Ubuntu 22.04, Windows 11
