Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"
2. Close the project

Expected result: Project closes
Actual result: Project crashes

Reproducible with: 2022.3.53f1, 6000.0.52f1
Not reproducible with: 6000.1.10f1, 6000.2.0b7
Fixed in: 2022.3.54f1

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
