How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Multiplayer -> Multiplayer Center
3. In the Multiplayer Center, Casual co-op -> Select
4. In the "Get Started" tab, navigate to the "Unity Discussions" and "Unity Multiplayer Discord" links
5. Place the cursor near the links and observe the results
Expected results: The link and cursor are not flickering
Actual results: The link and cursor are flickering

Can't test with: 1.0.1 (6000.5.0b7) (Different design)
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
