"Failed to move temp file…” error is thrown when clicking around the Tile Palette with the Line Brush enabled

Reproduction steps:
1. Create Universal 2D project
2. Window > 2D > Tile Palette
3. Create a new Tile Palette
4. Create a couple of Sprite Assets (Create > 2D > Sprite)
5. Drag Sprites into the Tile Palette window
6. Select Line Brush in the the Tile Palette window
7. Click around in the Scene and Tile Palette windows
8. Observe the Console

Actual result: "Failed to move temp file..." error is thrown
Expected result: No errors or warnings are thrown

Reproducible with: 6000.6.0a6
Couldn’t reproduce with: 6000.0.76f1, 6000.3.16f1, 6000.4.9f1, 6000.5.0b10, 6000.6.0a5

Reproduced on: Windows 11
Couldn’t reproduce on: macOS Tahoe 26.4 (M4)
