“No Server module loaded.” helpbox does not appear/is empty when creating a new server Build Profile with no module installed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Open the Build Profiles window (File > Build Profiles)
3. Click the "Add Build Profile" button
4. Select any Servers Build Profile that does not have the module installed
5. Click the "Add Build Profile" button
6. Observe the Build Profiles window

Actual results: “No Server module loaded.” helpbox does not appear / is empty

Expected results: “No Server module loaded.” helpbox appears / is not empty

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0a1, 6000.6.0a3

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.73f1, 6000.3.14f1, 6000.4.4f1, 6000.5.0b5

Tested on (OS): MacOS SIlicon Tahoe 26.3, Ubuntu 24.04

Notes:

• Happens for the first time only on a new project
