Hierarchy v2: Hierarchy is showing a flash of node flags getting reset when exiting playmode

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a project with massive number of nested nodes
2. Expand parent nodes
3. enter and exit playmode

Actual results: Hierarchy is showing a flash of node flags getting reset when exiting playmode
