Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a project
2. Create > Visual Effects > Visual Effect Graph
3. Open newly created VFX Asset
4. Create a Node (for example: Color)
5. Right-click on the Node and observe the options
Actual results: “Convert To Subgraph Operator” is shown instead of “Convert to Subgraph Operator”
Expected results: “Convert to Subgraph Operator” option is shown
