Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the Package Manager ("Window > Package Manager")
3. Select any package
4. Copy either the package link or the description with "Right Mouse Button > Copy"
5. Try to paste it anywhere
Expected result: The copied text is successfully pasted
Actual result: The copied text is not pasted
