Editor gets stuck on Reloading Domain when re-entering Play mode after starting a Named Pipe without closing it

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-91449” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. In the Game view click on the “Start Pipe” button
5. Exit Play mode
6. Enter Play mode
7. Observe the Reloading Domain window

Expected result: The domain is rebuilt and the Editor transitions into Play mode
Actual result: The Editor gets stuck on Reloading Domain

Reproducible with: 2021.3.48f1, 2022.3.57f1, 6000.0.37f1, 6000.1.0b5, 6000.2.0a2

Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Note: The Editor gets stuck on Reload Script Assemblies instead of Rebuilding Domain in 2021.3.48f1
