No reproduction case. Crash likely occurs when there is a missing or unavailable license file during Editor startup.

Assuming the following primitive reproduction steps:
1. Launch the Editor
2. Observe the crash

Reproducible in: 6000.1.0f1 (uncertain), 6000.2.0b9, 6000.3.0a2
Not reproducible in: 6000.0.54f1

Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other known environments
